How We Work
A Proven Process. A Collaborative Partnership.
CCDA's approach is built around close collaboration with your team. We believe the best outcomes emerge when our expertise is paired with your institution's institutional knowledge and vision. Here is what you can expect when you engage CCDA:
Step 1: Discovery & Needs Assessment
We begin every engagement with a comprehensive discovery phase. Our team conducts interviews with key stakeholders, reviews existing documentation, and assesses your institution's goals, challenges, and readiness. This phase ensures that our support is targeted, relevant, and positioned for success from day one.
Step 2: Customized Engagement Plan
Based on our discovery findings, CCDA develops a detailed, customized engagement plan that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and milestones. You will always know exactly what to expect, when to expect it, and who is responsible for what.
Step 3: Expert Execution
Our team gets to work. Whether developing curriculum frameworks, conducting program audits, or drafting accreditation self-studies, we bring the full depth of our expertise to every deliverable. We maintain open lines of communication throughout and provide regular progress updates to your leadership team.
Step 4: Review, Feedback & Refinement
Great work is iterative. CCDA builds structured review and feedback cycles into every engagement to ensure that our deliverables meet your expectations and satisfy the requirements of accreditors, governing boards, and other stakeholders.
Step 5: Submission, Presentation & Beyond
When it is time to submit proposals, self-studies, or evaluation reports, CCDA is there to ensure every document is polished, persuasive, and properly formatted. We also provide coaching and preparation for presentations, site visits, and hearings. And when the engagement concludes, we remain available as a resource for ongoing questions and follow-up support.
